Hi, my name is Tallon Martin.

Ever since I can remember I've had a passion for helping people achieve their goals. And over the course of more than a decade in the fitness industry, I've had the incredible privilege of working with countless clients, providing one-on-one coaching and guidance on everything from sports performance, to weight loss, to how to lead a healthy and happy lifestyle. 

I've enjoyed every step of the way, and now I can't wait to meet you!

My Mission


My primary goal at BUILT BY TALLON is to help you become the BEST version of yourself.


I achieve this by identifying your specific needs and goals, and then creating a customized program--which includes exercise routines, nutrition guides, and advice on how to change those daily habits that are dragging you down--that fits with your unique lifestyle.

Don't worry, this won't be a cookie cutter program. It will be 100% tailored to you and your specific needs. Also, I'll always make sure to meet you where you're at.


When it comes to exercise, I'll push you but never beyond your limits.


When it comes to diet, I won't ask you to start counting calories unless you are ready for it. I want to teach you about proper nutrition and how to enjoy eating healthy.


And when it comes to forming new habits,I want to open your eyes to just how big the differences small changes can make. I promise you'll be amazed. 

And if old habits work their way back, we'll work together to put you back in the driver's seat, confident and in control.
